Leonard Nimoy hosts “Destiny in Space,” one of the newest giant-screen IMAX film presentations. The documentary uses a camera suspended from a space shuttle as the starting point for an examination of the current and future state of man’s exploration of the heavens.
The program is informative, but it fails to make the most of the medium, say the way the gorgeous “Blue Planet” did. Rated G.
