Bruce Willis stars as a cop attending a high-rise office party that gets taken over by terrorists. There are both amusing and menacing characters, with Alan Rickman being especially good as the head villain with delusions of genius.
Scene after scene of breathtaking motion and suspense will leave you tingling, much like 1987’s “Aliens.” Directed by John McTiernan, this is the best action flick so far this year. Also stars Bonnie Bedelia, William Atherton and Alexander Godunov. Rated R.
