Instrumentalist Kenny G is back with his first all-new album in four years. The sax player, who’s sold over 40 million LPs, and his brand of mellow, melodic pop have made him an easy critical target. Rightly so. Even the presence of Toni Braxton and Babyface fail to salvage this limp, soulless disc.
Listening to it makes you want to reach into the speaker and bend Kenny’s horn over his permed locks. Aptly titled because you’ll never forget the moment this dreck assaulted your ears.
