Rodney Dangerfield returns from a six-year big-screen absence in this dismal comedy. He plays a salesman roped into coaching a company-sponsored girls’ soccer team in order to get in good with his boss.
The film’s retread situations, stereotypical characters, embarrassing clichés and inane, telegraphed jokes warrant no respect for Rodney or anyone else associated with this dud.
