Alec Baldwin stars as Junior, a sociopathic ex-con who slinks through Miami committing crimes on a whim in this action film. Junior’s crime spree draws the pursuit of a “Columbo”-like cop (Fred Ward), who stalks him down.
This is a puzzling movie with a hollow core. Its appeal is based solely on the curious antics of its shallow lead character. Also stars Jennifer Jason Leigh. Rated R.
