Nirvana, the grunge rockers who opened up the floodgates through which the Seattle sound has flowed, have come up with a worthy sequel to their 1991 multiformat smash “Nevermind.” With anguished lyrics that intertwine the media assault singer-guitarist Kurt Cobain has undergone and the recent pregnancy of his wife, the trio concocts an arresting amalgam of folk melodies and punk thrash.
