The Spin Doctors, the unlikely New York quartet who exploded to multiplatinum success on their debut, continue to wield infectious pop-rock with a funk twist on “Turn It Upside Down.” The platter is as likeable as their last, but so similar that there’s no pressing need to acquire it if you already own “Pocket Full of Kryptonite.”
The Spin Doctors are fun, but the novelty is wearing thin.
