Focusing on funk, soul and jazz, the uniquely distinctive TIR fosters an environment of open, deep conversation for musicians and related figures to share their histories, stories and perspectives.
  • TIR is a video-based weekly online music interview show available from Funknstuff.net, YouTube and other providers. It is also distributed as an audio-only podcast through top sources like Spotify, Amazon, Apple, Google, Pandora and many others.
  • TIR Metrics (as of 7/2024): Nearly 350 episodes with musical legends; 35 million+ YouTube impressions; 5 million+ views/listens/downloads; 50,000+ monthly views at 10,000+ hours; 14,000+ loyal YouTube subscribers with 200+/- new monthly adds.
  • TIR uses the Zoom video platform (guests may elect to participate off-camera) to record programs that undergo a post-production process to be made available and promoted worldwide a few weeks later. At least an hour is required, with flexible scheduling times available (typically weekdays 6 p.m. Eastern; set up at least 48 hours in advance).
  • Guest Tech Needs: 1) Communication device — desktop/laptop computer, tablet or smartphone equipped with camera/microphone and plugged in for power; 2) Reliable Internet connectivity; 3) Quiet, uninterrupted music-related or pleasant backdrop.
