Venerable Southern rockers the Allman Brothers Band brought their boogie-blues to Costs Mesa’s (Calif.) Pacific Amphitheater Friday Night. The seven-piece ensemble dipped into its 25-year-old catalog for a two-and-a-half-hour fest of improvisational mastery. The Allmans are not to be missed.
Opening act Blues Traveler delivered a challenging set of blues fusion.
