Val Kilmer takes over as the Caped Crusader in the third Batman saga, which finds the superhero confronted by the diabolical team of Two-Face (Tommy Lee Jones) and the Riddler (Jim Carrey). Like its predecessors, the film looks great, has a few inventive stunts and offer occasional amusement.
Like its predecessors, it doesn’t add up to much. It’s time to put this cash cowl out to pasture. Directed by Joel Schumacher, it also stars Nicole Kidman and Chris O’Donnell.
