What would you do if your spouse suddenly disappeared while you were traveling across the country? That’s the premise of this taut thriller set in Arizona about a man (Kurt Russell) whose wife (Kathleen Quinlan) vanishes after taking a ride from a trucker (J.T. Walsh) to get help then their car breaks down.
There’s nothing especially new here, but Russell is excellent in a film that echoes of Hitchcock. Rated R.
