After realizing chart success in the late 1960s with a group called The Happenings, he served as Alice Cooper’s tour manager and went on to work as an agent for several top acts – including George Clinton and Parliament-Funkadelic, Bootsy’s Rubber Band, Living Colour, Sheila E, Kool and the Gang, and P-Funk offshoot Kiddo.He also wrote songs for groups including The Tokens, The Chiffons and Gerry & the Pacemakers, and this year is releasing his autobiography titled, “Rock and Roll Warrior.”
