After receiving his first official credit on Parliament’s 1978 masterpiece, The Motor Booty Affair, he would go on to lend his vocals, keyboard and other thangs to more than 20 P-Funk projects. He also became a touring fixture in George Clinton & the P-Funk All-Stars, and in the 2000s branched out to establish WEFUNK AD2k Records and Filmworks, from which he spun off his own groups and projects, including Drugs and 420 Funk Mob.
