Van Halen’s latest album, “OU812” (Oh, You Ate One Too), is their second effort with lead singer Sammy Hagar, who replaced David Lee Roth. It’s a solid set of hard rockers with a dash of pop added for good measure. Standouts include the funky “Black and Blue” and the bluesy “Cabo Wabo.”
This disc fares better than the band’s last effort, and will probably have people saying, “David Who?”
