It was inevitable. Bob Dylan, the godfather of folk-rock, has finally been captured by MTV’s “Unplugged” — the series responsible for reviving the stripped-down style he pioneered in the early 1960s. Backed by a five-piece band, the slurred-singing icon romps through 11 original compositions spanning from 1963-1989.
The set is executed with aplomb aplenty as Dylan croaks with renewed zeal.
