Blue-eyed soul vocal quarter Color Me Badd, which scored one of this year’s biggest smashes with “I Wanna Sex You Up,” has released its debut album, “C.M.B.” While there’s nothing here that burns as indelible an impression on the subconscious as their first hit, several tunes, especially “Slow Motion,” have infectious appeal.
This romantic yet danceable LP should deservedly be a monster success.
