Canadian guitar slinger Jeff Healey takes a giant step back on his fourth album, and that’s a good thing. The blind, laptop-style player created quite a stir with his raw 1988 debut “See the Light,” but his subsequent two releases were too tame and overly polished. Healey gets back on track with a dozen blues, rock and pop cover tunes.
Not everything ignites, but Healey’s licks combust throughout.
